More PT Sgt. Major

It is week 5 of my physical training. I started my training the week of March 29. I woke up one day and decided to get my act together. I started off easy with cardio each day. I walked 30 minutes a day on the treadmill at an incline of 3.0 and speed of 3.0 mph.

I incorporated weight training on week 2 . I work upper body on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do lower body on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

I alternate with cycling and the treadmill each day.

One thing I can say so far is that I have more energy and not as tired as I used to be.

Slowly but surely, I will get to my college weight. :)
